We recommend to mix with water as Liquid I.V® is designed to increase the absorption of water with optimal ratio of key nutrients. Mixing with other liquids/beverages has not been tested for hydration benefits.

If Liquid I.V.® was not stored as recommended or if has passed the expiry date it can crystallize or clump. If Liquid IV is within the expiry date it can still be used by mixing in water.
