Should I drink the Hydration Multiplier before or after an intense workout/sport?

Great question! Both! Hydration Multiplier can provide the extra needed hydration to power through a workout and the proper hydration needed for post-workout. We recommend 1 stick per day for daily hydration.

We recommend to mix with water as Liquid I.V is designed to increase the absorption of water with optimal ratio of key nutrients. Mixing with other liquids/beverages has not been tested for hydration benefits.

How long will Liquid I.V. stay fresh?

Liquid I.V. powder has an Expiry on each package. If properly stored, the product will remain fresh until the date printed on each packet.

How should I store my Liquid I.V.?

Liquid I.V. should be stored in a cool, dry place under 25°C. Try to avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat, such as hot cars.

Can I mix my Liquid I.V. in water and save it for later?

For the best taste and experience, we recommend mixing Liquid I.V. with water and consuming as soon as possible. If you wish to save your Liquid I.V. beverage for later, we recommend refrigerating it and giving it a gentle shake before enjoying. Liquid I.V. should be consumed within 24 hours.

If Liquid I.V. clumps or crystallises has it gone bad?

If Liquid IV was not stored as recommended or if has passed the expiry date it can crystallize or clump. If Liquid IV is within the expiry date it can still be used by mixing in water.

Can I freeze Liquid I.V.?

Yes! Mix 1 stick in 500 mL water and freeze, consume within 24 hours.
